Hi John! This is to let you know I’ve nominated Wrong Hands for the Versatile Blogger Award. I’ve done so in order to give you a shout-out, as well as to show my appreciation for your work. This requires no action on your part, unless you’d like to participate! In either case, I hope you’ll check out your mention on my blog. Thanks!
Thanks for visiting, glad you like the site. The drawings are done directly on the computer with a mouse – I use my right hand – which is weird because I’m left-handed… hence the name of the blog. The lettering is a typeface I created of my own handwriting, which is really handy (pardon the pun) for changing wording at the last minute – which I do more often than I should.
[…] look at what your brain is doing while you’re at work check out Canadian cartoonist, John Atkinson’s Jan 23rd post on Wrong Hands titled Occupational Preoccupation. While there be sure to check out […]
Hi John! I like the fact that we both live in the same city. I so enjoy your posts, and as such, I’ve nominated you for the Versatile Award. You can check it out at: http://tkmorin.wordpress.com/awards/:)
…goddamn!! I just blew over an hour scrolling down thru your ‘toons…it’s the most time I’ve spent back tracking thru anyones blog since I arrived at wordpress…great stuff … love ‘em… keep ‘em coming, please.
Love your little people.
Reminds me of my younger sister who is always scribbling on her letters and envelopes!
She is very sneaky…if look close can recognize friends and family and even which of her cats is looking out at you.
Makes me wonder if some of yours are the same…your hands idea of someone or something Real!
I saw one of your cartoons on someone else’s site and was intrigued enough to follow it up. I’m so glad I did! Your cartoons have given me such a good laugh. Wonderful work! Now I’m telling all my friends and they love the work too. Thank you!
Hey there John, just to let you know I’ve mentioned you for the The Epically Awesome Award of Epic Awesomeness! This, of course, requires NO ACTION on your part (that’s kinda what so EPIC about it), you just really deserve the mention for being all epic-y and awesome-y. Keep it up!
[…] John Atkinson from Wrong Hands is back with another comic giving snarky insight into the world wide web. The comic, titled Simplified Blogging, hilariously breaks down the characteristics of a blog. […]

Hey John, I can’t believe I forgot about your comics (I got reminded by Sarah Zimmerman’s list) They are wonderful! Thanks for keeping the humor coming. (and for visiting me at The Panda Chronicles) You are the Bear!
I have just found your site and I LOVE your work! What great insights into the human condition, and maths, and animals, and grammar, and everything! Thank you so much, now I have to get back to work too. At least I’m smiling now :-) Thank you, keep it up.
